Delivery fees explained: why one order can carry two charges

Delivery on 1shop is priced by the seller, not by us, and it is charged per seller rather than per order. That single rule explains almost every surprise on the cart page.

The rule in one line

Several items from the same seller in one order carry one delivery fee — the highest fee among those items, not the sum. Items from different sellers ship separately and each carry their own fee.

A worked example

• Two items from Seller A with fees of $4.00 and $6.00 → charged $6.00 once.
• One item from Seller B with a $3.50 fee → charged $3.50.
• Order total delivery: $9.50, across two parcels.

How to keep it down

1. When several sellers list the same product, prefer one that also stocks the other items in your basket — see how to compare offers.
2. Filter for free-delivery offers when the item price difference is small.
3. Buy the accessories in the same order as the main item, from the same seller.

Free delivery is a per-offer flag

It applies to that offer only, never to the whole cart, and it does not change import duties on a cross-border parcel. The cart always shows item price, delivery and the total you will actually pay before you confirm; the full rules are in the shipping and delivery policy.
