MarketSync Global LLC (New Mexico Business ID 0008064284) is the controller for personal data processed on 1shop. Contact: support@1shop.us.

Account data (email, and a name and phone number if you add one); delivery addresses; order history; support messages; and technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and error logs. We do not collect card data because card payments are not live.

To create your account and authenticate you; to place, fulfil and track orders; to prevent fraud and abuse; to provide support; and to keep the service secure and working. The legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

Sellers receive the delivery details needed to fulfil your order. Our infrastructure and fulfilment providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Resend (transactional email), and the supplier networks that ship your order. We do not sell personal data.

Account and order records are kept while your account is open and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting and dispute-handling purposes. Logs are kept for a short operational period.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of your data by emailing support@1shop.us. We respond within 2 business days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use browser storage strictly to keep you signed in, remember your language choice, and hold your cart. We do not run advertising trackers.
