Terms of Service

1shop is a marketplace operated by MarketSync Global LLC (New Mexico Business ID 0008064284). We provide the platform on which independent sellers list products. Unless a listing states otherwise, the seller — not 1shop — is the contracting party for the sale.

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

Placing an order creates an offer to buy from the seller. The order is accepted when the seller confirms it. Payment is currently cash on delivery only; card and wallet payments are not live. Prices are shown in US dollars. Delivery is priced per seller and shown in full before you confirm the order.

Many items ship cross-border. Estimated delivery windows are shown per offer and are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility unless the listing states otherwise.

You may not use 1shop to list or buy prohibited items, scrape the site at scale, interfere with its operation, or infringe intellectual property. See the Prohibited Items page.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and disputes are subject to its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
