Shipping & Delivery

How delivery is priced
Delivery is set by each seller, not by 1shop, and it is not included in the item price unless an offer is explicitly marked "Free delivery". The offer page, the seller comparison table and the cart all show the item price, the delivery fee, and the total you will pay.
If you buy several items from the same seller in one order, you are charged one delivery fee for that seller — the highest fee among those items, not the sum. Items from different sellers ship separately and each carry their own fee.
Delivery times
Each offer shows an estimated delivery window in days, counted from the moment the seller dispatches the order. Windows are estimates; cross-border shipments can be delayed by customs or carrier handling.
Cross-border orders
Many sellers ship internationally. Where import duties, VAT or local handling charges apply, they are payable by the buyer on arrival unless the offer states otherwise.
Payment on delivery
Orders are currently cash on delivery. You pay the courier the full total shown at checkout — item prices plus delivery. Nothing is charged before dispatch.
Tracking
Order status is visible in your account under Your orders, from confirmation through dispatch to delivery.
