Seller Standards

Titles must describe the product in plain language. Wholesale, dropshipping and search-spam terms, keyword stuffing, and unrelated brand names are not allowed. Images must show the actual item, and the stated condition, materials, dimensions and package contents must be correct.

The delivery fee entered on an offer is what the buyer is charged. Inflating prices to fake a discount, or adding fees after the order, results in removal.

Dispatch within the stated handling time, keep stock levels accurate, and update order status truthfully. Repeated late dispatch, cancellations after acceptance, or undelivered orders lead to suspension.

Respond to buyer messages and claims within 2 business days and honour the Returns & Refunds policy. Ratings come from buyers with delivered orders only; attempts to solicit or manipulate reviews are grounds for removal.

Sellers are responsible for product safety, labelling, intellectual property and export compliance in the markets they ship to, and must not list anything on the Prohibited Items page.

Breaches lead to listing removal, offer deactivation, or account suspension depending on severity and history.
